1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "You") and TechnoScripts ("we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any TechnoScripts program.
• By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Students below 18 years may enroll only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3 Services Offered

TechnoScripts offers training programs in the field of Embedded Systems, Automotive Electronics, IoT, and related technologies. Our services include:

• Classroom and online instructor-led training
• Recorded lectures and course material access
• Hands-on project and lab sessions
• Placement assistance support
• Industry-oriented certification upon successful completion

Course content, batch timings, fees, and mode of delivery are subject to change. We will notify enrolled students of any significant changes.

4 Enrollment & Payments

4.1 Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required registration fee or full course fee, and upon execution of the enrollment form or agreement.

4.2 Payment

• Fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
• TechnoScripts will issue a receipt or invoice for all payments received.

4.3 Fee Revision

TechnoScripts reserves the right to revise course fees for future batches. Fees once confirmed for an enrolled batch will not be revised for that student mid-course.

TechnoScripts reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or merge batches due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch.

6 Student Obligations

As a student or user of TechnoScripts, you agree to:

• Attend sessions regularly and maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for certification
• Treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute any course content, lectures, or materials without written permission
• Not share login credentials or course access with third parties
• Abide by all institute rules, codes of conduct, and lab usage policies

TechnoScripts reserves the right to terminate enrollment without refund for breach of these obligations.

7 Intellectual Property

All course content, study materials, slides, videos, lab exercises, and branding associated with TechnoScripts are the exclusive intellectual property of TechnoScripts. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use materials solely for your personal learning.

Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or distribution of any TechnoScripts content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8 Placement Assistance Disclaimer

TechnoScripts provides placement assistance as a value-added service to eligible students. This includes:

• Resume preparation guidance
• Mock interviews and soft skills sessions
• Referrals to hiring partner companies

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechnoScripts shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of employment opportunity, income, or career outcomes
• Technical disruptions, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability in any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific course in question.

10 Disclaimers

• TechnoScripts does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, salary increments, or career results.
• Course content and curriculum are updated periodically to reflect industry trends. The specific syllabus delivered may vary slightly from published versions.
• Any third-party tools, platforms, or resources referenced in training are the property of their respective owners.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion within 30 days of the dispute arising. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra.

13 Changes to These Terms

TechnoScripts reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
